Rotary evaporator
Rotary evaporator is used in molecular cooking to prepare distillates and extracts. Rotary Evaporator by Lyman C. Crag had been invented. For the first time, the commercial model of the rotary evaporator was prepared by the Swiss company Büchi in 1957.
Rotary evaporator is a device that is used in chemical laboratories to effectively and gently remove solvents from samples by evaporation.

- Hot liquid bath rotary evaporator
